The Five County Association of Governments will host several meetings with the region’s Counties, Cities, and Towns to develop the plan. Due to the ongoing Corona virus pandemic, all meetings will be held virtually to safely accommodate our large regional planning group and local planning teams.

These meetings address:

• Current community capabilities
• Risk and vulnerability assessment
• Developing a mitigation strategy
• Public engagement strategy
• Plan maintenance

Public engagement is a necessary step in this planning process. While communities will develop an engagement strategy, the Five County Association of Governments will take public comments on the planning process and drafted plan documents here.
